Refund policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

Who refunds a membership depends on where you bought it: we handle website purchases ourselves, and Apple and Google handle purchases made in their stores.

Bought on the website

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan, contact us and we will refund it in full, whether it is a renewing plan or lifetime access.

After that, you can cancel a renewing plan at any time from Your account, under Manage billing. It will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period, except where the law requires it.

If you were charged by mistake (twice, or after you cancelled) contact us and we will refund the charge.

Deleting your account ends a website membership straight away and cancels any renewal. Time left on it, including lifetime access, is not refunded, so ask for any refund you are owed before you delete your account.

A website purchase made in the few minutes before you delete your account, or that goes through while it is being deleted (a checkout left open in another tab, say) never really gives you any access, so we refund it in full automatically, and cancel it if it would renew.

Bought in the App Store

Apple handles payments and refunds for purchases made in the iPhone app. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue or approve App Store refunds. A store membership, lifetime access included, ends when the account it belongs to is deleted.

Bought on Google Play

Google handles payments for purchases made in the Android app. Within 48 hours of buying you can request a refund from Google Play directly. After that, contact us and we will look at the request; refunds we grant are issued through Google Play.

How to reach us

Use the contact page, or email admin@hotspots-usa.com, from the address on your account, and tell us when and where you bought your membership. We aim to answer within five working days, and refunds go back to the original payment method.
